On-site, remote and telephone support

All required labour is covered up to an agreed service level (see table below) for tasks such as consultancy, configuration of hardware and software, problem diagnosing, solving and networking.

    As per standard support except on-site support visit, you will bring your equipment in to us for repair & service. Discounts on additional services within support contract period.
